Dialectic (7-9)
In this stage, the teaching becomes more Socratic. Teachers begin discussion using a broad open-ended question. Then, as the students attempt to answer, the teacher guides them to the correct, logical answer. Socratic teaching is highly effective, but it takes time, which is why most schools do not use it. We take the time to make sure the students learn the material in a way that feels like discovery. Dialectic students are inquisitive, so we develop their ability to reason from their knowledge and discern truth.
